Thinking through the polarizing takes on Indexed Universal Life Insurance | a thinking & conversational-style blog post I think it’s good for the insurance industry when there are people out there writing and talking about important topics in the insurance industry—and I don’t mean agents. So when I hear The Insurance Pro Blog Podcast discussing…
“The story untold could be the one that kills you.” -Pat Conroy. In this episode, we chat with Seaton Brown, Director of MBA Admissions at the College of Charleston (CofC). We discuss higher education, emotional content, and Charleston, South Carolina.
What originally caught Eric’s attention is a LinkedIn post by Seaton Brown. In this simple post, Seaton was attempting to connect a current CofC MBA student with an employer in the Chicago area. It became obvious that Seaton’s posts and content on LinkedIn were all about giving and sharing–and if you follow our podcast, you know that’s what content marketing is all about.
Enjoy Seaton Brown’s Higher Education stories from the College of Charleston in this episode of the Entrepreneur Perspectives Podcast.

Become the best version of yourself. In this episode, we chat with Tim Kight, Founder of Focus 3 and host of The Focus 3 Podcast with Urban Meyer. We discuss many topics including uncommon individuals, mental toughness, and John Wooden.
Tim’s business has a mission is to help companies around the world align the power of leadership, culture, and behavior to achieve next level results.
I first learned of Tim Kight when Ohio State shared the leadership program they had started after the 2012 season. Hearing how they identified Freshman, JT Barrett as an elite leader had me intrigued by what was to come with the Buckeyes.
Sure enough in 2014, Ohio State won the national championship against a national perception and in the face of much adversity. As I continued to pay attention to the program, it was obvious the strong leadership the program had. And I came to realize the impact Tim Kight was having behind the scenes.
Eventually I came across Tim’s podcast which Urban Meyer joined as a co-host this past year. The time taking in their insights has been time well spent.
Tim and I then connected on LinkedIn and a couple months ago we had an opportunity to talk—that chat led to this podcast episode.
I can’t help but learn and be inspired when talking with Tim. And I am excited to have had the opportunity to chat with Tim on this podcast and share it with you. And I am grateful for the time Tim gave us.
I would encourage you to become a subscriber to The Focus 3 podcast. It will absolutely be a difference maker for you.
We are excited to feature Tim Kight on the Entrepreneur Perspectives Podcast.

Making a positive impact on the Celiac community. Michael Frolichstein, leader of The Celiac Project, joins Eric Kasimov in this chat to discuss the Celiac Project, creating a community, and why podcasting matters.
The Celiac Project includes a documentary film and The Celiac Project Podcast.
We came to learn about Michael and the amazing things he is doing for the Celiac community through his podcast. Eric’s wife had been diagnosed with Celiacs. And in an effort to learn more about it, he sought out content and Mike’s podcast has been incredibly helpful in many ways—ways they discuss in this conversation.
While this episode gets into celiacs and gluten-free topics, it can apply to anyone going through any adversity or anyone looking to bring a community together, or anyone looking to create content around a passion of their own.
We also hope this episode can in some way create awareness around Celiacs disease. And of course show off the amazing work Mike and his podcast partner Cam Weiner are doing with their podcast and their communinity leadership.
I obviously have a lot of thoughts around celiacs and gluten-free topics that I wanted to talk through—who better to do this with than a leader like Michael who is a film maker, content producer, and business owner.
I’m grateful Michael has given us his time to have this discussion. And I’m grateful for the work Michael does every day. It goes to show you that if you encounter an obstacle and/or a passion- that you can lean into it and create content that helps people.
We are excited to feature Michael Frolichstein on the Entrepreneur Perspectives Podcast.
