With over 15 years experience in the life insurance industry, Eric’s expertise includes consultative insurance planning and insurance brokerage. He started his career with New England Financial/Thompson Financial Group in Charlotte, NC as a financial representative. From there, AXA/Equitable Distributors recruited Eric as a Regional Wholesaler focusing on supporting high-end wealth managers at wire-houses and banks with advanced wealth transfer and business planning strategies. He then joined a specialized division within Crump Life Insurance Services where he was Regional Director for 9 years and worked in the non-traditional distribution of life insurance. Eric was the #1 performer during his time at Crump and accumulated many awards and distinctions, including Rookie Of The Year, Circle Of Excellence recipient, and Top Sales Director.
Eric is a self-started and self-funded business owner that is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs build their brand and legacy. Because of this, Eric created Sportsepreneur. Sportsepreneur is a derivative of who Eric is and his livelihood, KazSource—it’s how he can teach and share what he’s learned as a businessman but in a fun and relatable way. Through Sportsepreneur, he creates analogies between business and sports that you can use to build, improve and grow in your field.
He is an active supporter of The Kasimov Family Fund for Cancer Research in Memory of Ilene and Alvin Katz at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Ilene and Alvin are Eric’s grandparents whose legacy he so proudly emulates. Alvin was Owner and General Agent of The John Hancock Agency in Buffalo, NY.
