Website Terms & Disclaimer

Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of KazSource.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
KazSource, Inc. is the company that operates this website. QuietLoud Studios, KazCM, SportsEpreneur, and KazInsurance are brands and business lines operated within KazSource, not separate subsidiary companies. KazSource owns and publishes Entrepreneur Perspectives. Eric Kasimov hosts the series, and QuietLoud Studios produces it.
The site provides information about KazSource and routes visitors to its brands, content, and external services. Any engagement with a KazSource brand may be governed by a separate agreement, application, policy, or set of terms. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
Informational content
Content on KazSource.com is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. It is not legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. Viewing the site or contacting KazSource does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, insurance, or other professional relationship.
You are responsible for evaluating information and obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting on matters that require professional judgment.
Ownership and permitted use
Unless otherwise indicated, KazSource owns or licenses the site design, original site copy, Entrepreneur Perspectives materials created or owned by KazSource, and other intellectual property created or owned by KazSource.
Guests, contributors, clients, licensors, and third parties retain rights in material they own. The appearance of a third-party name, trademark, quotation, clip, image, link, or other material does not mean KazSource owns it. Specific agreements may govern ownership or licensing for client, commissioned, collaborative, or contributed work.
You may view the site, link to public pages, and share brief excerpts for personal or noncommercial purposes with clear attribution and a link to the source. Unless applicable law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce substantial portions of the site, republish content as your own, remove ownership notices, or use KazSource content commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Guests, contributors, and opinions
KazSource.com includes interviews, guest perspectives, historical show notes, quotations, and material created or supplied by other people. Opinions expressed by a guest or contributor are their own and do not necessarily represent KazSource or its brands. KazSource does not guarantee that every statement made by a guest or third party is complete, current, or accurate.
Guest pitches and submissions
The external Entrepreneur Perspectives guest-pitch form is for proposing a guest or conversation. Submitting a pitch authorizes KazSource and its service providers to receive, store, review, and use the submitted information to evaluate the proposal and communicate about it. A pitch does not transfer ownership of the submitted material and does not grant KazSource a perpetual or irrevocable license to publish or exploit it.
If KazSource and a guest later record, publish, commission, or collaborate on content, the applicable communications or separate agreement will govern that work. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, passwords, financial-account information, or other sensitive material through the form.
If you provide another person’s contact details or material, you are responsible for having authority to provide it for the purpose of the pitch.
External websites and services
KazSource.com links to and may embed services operated by others, including Google Forms, Transistor, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, social networks, and the websites of KazSource brands and third parties. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. KazSource does not control their availability, security, content, or data practices and is not responsible for them.
Links are provided for context or convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement of every statement, product, or service at the destination.
Availability, accuracy, and warranties
KazSource may update, correct, remove, or discontinue site content or features at any time. Although we try to keep current information accurate, the site may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KazSource.com and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KazSource does not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KazSource and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
KazSource may update these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the current terms apply to later use.
General terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement concerning use of KazSource.com, except where a separate agreement applies. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
