Dealing with setbacks will only make you stronger in the long run. Eric welcomes Dean Jackson to this episode of Entrepreneur Perspectives. In this episode they discuss managing your downtime, the future of baseball, and analytics.
Dean is a minor league baseball player, most recently in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. Due to an elbow injury, Dean is working his way back to the diamond and is currently rehabbing and handling baseball analytics for Arizona Christian University.
The knowledge that Dean shares from his time on the field to his journey back to the diamond are lessons that any entrepreneur can learn from. Eric and Dean also discuss the emotional rollercoaster of playing professional baseball, Dean’s favorite city to play in, and doing the work while you are working.
The show is based around the perspectives of an entrepreneur and this entrepreneur is full of insight and grit.
