100 push ups per day for an incredible cause. Eric welcomes Evan Juice Cutler, Founder of PushUps4Parkinsons to this episode of Entrepreneur Perspectives.
Evan Cutler lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and 3 children and he brings the perspective of an entrepreneur who created an organization after his father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. In this episode they talk about pushups, family, and doing work that matters.
Evan is a key person in the financial services industry, but more than anything, he is an entrepreneur making a difference. On June 23, 2015, exactly two years prior to his father’s passing, Evan committed to the Parkinson’s community 100 push-ups every day for the rest of his life. If he lives until his father’s age at passing of 74, he will get to one million pushups! He’s using this as a way to spread awareness about Parkinson’s disease, to recognize the strength and hope of so many, and to raise funds for Parkinson Association of the Carolinas. Evan provides inspiration around his own cause, but also to anyone he comes across. His self starter mindset is something you can witness and use in your own business and life.
Eric also questions Evan on making a difference for others, growing pains, and generating awareness around his cause. As always, Eric fires shots at his guest about the books he is reading, favorite phone apps, and of course his favorite sport’s team.
The show is based around the perspectives of an entrepreneur and this entrepreneur is full of cause and consideration.
