Making a lasting impact on youth athletes. Eric welcomes Steve McGuiggan to this episode of Entrepreneur Perspectives. In this episode they discuss youth development in baseball, social media for kids, and running a multi-faceted business.
Steve is an Owner and Director of Baseball Operations for Minnesota Mash Baseball Club. In 2017 Steve was given one of the highest honors in youth sports when being named a Minnesota Chapter Coach of the Year by the Positive Coaching Alliance. This award was given to only 150 youth coaches throughout the country. Steve is involved in all aspects of MASH including all baseball activities as well as athlete performance.
The knowledge that Steve shares from his time playing baseball, his time spent developing athletes every day, and his time as a startup business owner are lessons that any entrepreneur can learn from. Eric and Steve also discuss the future of baseball, and the importance of practice.
The show is based around the perspectives of an entrepreneur and this entrepreneur is full of humility and support.
